The waitlist
When you join the PORTAL waitlist, we store your email address, the language you used, and the date and time. We use your email only to tell you about PORTAL. We share nothing and sell nothing.
Messages
When you send a message through a form, we store your name, email, organization if you gave one, subject and message, together with the language and the date and time, so that we can reply. We keep messages for twelve months and delete them after that, or sooner if you ask.
Where we keep it
We keep it in a database on Cloudflare that Portal Technology & Consulting controls. Our database stores no IP addresses, and this site sets no cookies.
Your rights
Write to us through the contact form to ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted.
The PORTAL app
The app carries its own privacy page. It describes what the app keeps on your phone and what, if anything, leaves it.
