The PORTAL app
PORTAL is a super app for going out. PTC builds it in Qatar. Find restaurants and venues on Portal Maps, the app’s map of Qatar. See menus, order for pickup, reserve a table and chat with venues and friends. The app works in English and Arabic. In the test build, orders do not reach venues and no payment is taken.
Privacy by design
The app stores your orders, reviews and chats on your phone. An eight-word recovery phrase locks an encrypted backup that moves your account to a new phone. Ghost mode hides you on the map.
The venue side
Venues get their own side of the app. They watch orders arrive, move each one to its next step, and message the customer.
Venues and partners can write to us about PORTAL.
